These SMS Terms and Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the Longan’s Place LLC Wedding Estimates SMS Program (the “Program”) operated by Longan’s Place LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile telephone number and consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
The Longan’s Place LLC Wedding Estimates SMS Program is a transactional and informational SMS program through which Longan’s Place LLC sends wedding estimates, itemized quotes, and follow-up communications to prospective and current clients who have requested pricing or coordination information for their wedding event. Messages may include estimate breakdowns, package details, appointment reminders, and related event communications.
2. How to Opt In
You may enroll in the Program in person at our venue during a wedding consultation. Our staff will verbally explain the SMS program before recording your mobile phone number, and you will provide express consent both verbally and on a written intake form. The intake form clearly states that you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Longan’s Place LLC regarding your wedding estimate and related event details. We do not collect phone numbers for this Program through any other channel.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive messages when your estimate is ready, when there are updates to your quote, and as part of routine event coordination. Most participants receive a small number of messages per month.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data charges from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further SMS messages from this Program. To rejoin the Program after opting out, you must opt in again in person at our venue.
6. How to Get Help
For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a reply with information on how to contact Longan’s Place LLC. You may also contact us directly at longansplace@gmail.com or 305-336-0146 for assistance with the Program.
7. Supported Carriers
The Program is available on the following major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Metro PCS, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder of, or otherwise authorized to use, the mobile phone number you provide to us. By providing your number, you represent that you meet these requirements.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longan’s Place LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, related to the Program. Longan’s Place LLC is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or undelivered messages or for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
11. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may modify or terminate the Program or these SMS Terms at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Your continued participation in the Program after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
