Signature-All Inclusive is our fullest package at $85/person. It includes the waterfall ceremony space, professional DJ & emcee, experienced wedding planner, day-of coordinator, ceremony rehearsal, sound systems, passed hors d’oeuvres, choice of entrées, Edda’s cake, bartenders, table settings, linens, chairs, fresh floral centerpieces, uplighting, complimentary valet parking, WiFi, and no curfew. All prices add 18% service charge plus 7% Florida sales tax.
Your starting estimate is calculated as venue rental plus package price per guest. Saturday starts at $7,500 for venue rental, Friday at $7,000, Sunday at $6,500, and Monday through Thursday at $5,500. Packages start at $85, $75, $65, or $55 per person depending on the level of service.
Yes. Longan’s Place is open seven days a week, Monday through Sunday, and venue tours are available every day by appointment. Use our tour page to view available appointment times.
Longan’s Place can host events up to 180 guests. Saturday events require a 60 guest minimum. Friday, Sunday, and Monday through Thursday events require a 40 guest minimum.
Yes. Petite Weddings are available Monday through Thursday for up to 20 guests from $5,750, and Micro Weddings are available Monday through Thursday for 10 to 40 guests at $8,500. All prices add 18% service charge plus 7% Florida sales tax. Both include ceremony and reception with dinner, cake, fresh floral centerpieces, coordinator, rain backup, and BYO alcohol with no corkage fee. View the Micro & Petite Wedding page.
After the deposit saves your date, 50% is due 90 days before your wedding. The remaining balance is due 15 days before your wedding with your final headcount.
Alcohol, photo/video, officiant, personal flowers (such as bouquets, boutonnieres, and cake décor), and any decoration for the ceremony area are not included in any Longan’s Place package.

No. Alcohol is not included in Longan’s Place package pricing.
We usually recommend starting the ceremony about one hour before sunset for the best light, comfort, and photo timing.
The standard event time is 5 hours. Extra hours are available for $750 per hour, including the option to extend past 11:00 PM. Most couples do not need extra hours, but it is always great to have that option available.
Some premium or seasonal flowers are not included, including phalaenopsis, cymbidiums, garden roses, cherry blossoms, and exotic or out-of-season flowers.
