Signature-All Inclusive is our fullest package. It includes our fullest menu and service package, DJ, cake, flowers, décor, planning support, setup, and event service. Service charge, then taxes, are listed separately.
Your starting estimate is calculated as venue rental plus package price per guest. Saturday starts at $7,500 for venue rental, Friday at $7,000, Sunday at $6,500, and Monday through Thursday at $5,500. Packages start at $85, $75, $65, or $55 per person depending on the level of service.

Longan’s Place can host events up to 180 guests. Saturday events require a 60 guest minimum. Friday, Sunday, and Monday through Thursday events require a 40 guest minimum.
After the deposit saves your date, 50% is due 90 days before your event. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior with your final headcount.
Photo/video, officiant, personal flowers such as bouquets and boutonnieres, and outside ceremony décor such as arches, tulle, aisle runners, shepherd hooks, pomanders, or monograms are not included.
No. Alcohol is not included in Longan’s Place package pricing.
We usually recommend starting the ceremony about one hour before sunset for the best light, comfort, and photo timing.
The standard event time is 5 hours. Extra hours are available for $750 per hour, including the option to extend past 11:00 PM. Most couples do not need extra hours, but it is always great to have that option available.
Some premium or seasonal flowers are not included, including phalaenopsis, cymbidiums, garden roses, cherry blossoms, and exotic or out-of-season flowers.
